For fit, measure the widest part of your hip/bum, If you are in between sizes, size up. The hem is wide enough to be taken out to lengthen.

This style is fitting more like the Molly's. If you are familiar with your sizing in Utility pants, size down one size for the best fit in these.

Like all denim, it does loosen up over time. We recommend a 3-7 day break in period where the denim may feel very snug at first but after the break in period becomes much more comfortable.
